HBA may cancel Rockstar due to unforeseen circumstances; however, the event planners will take all measures to ensure the event goes on as planned. Should the event be rescheduled, registrants will have the option to receive a full refund or tickets to the rescheduled event.

Ticket Transfer Policy

At HBA, we do not offer refunds for event tickets. However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person who wishes to join the event.

  • Ticket transfers must be requested by contacting Rockstar -organizers at ______

  • All transfer requests must be submitted before February 1, 2025.

  • The new ticket holder’s information will need to be provided at the time of the transfer request.
